1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NexusDialer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
NexusDialer provides a contact center platform that allows you to:
- Manage outbound and inbound calls
- Use predictive dialing features
- Access analytics and reporting
- Integrate with your SIP infrastructure
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Billing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use NexusDialer to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Engage in unauthorized access attempts
- Harass or harm others
6. Service Level Agreement
We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for Enterprise customers. Details of our SLA, including remedies for downtime, are available in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusDialer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
